Rent Collection

• As above, + collect rent on a monthly basis and forward on to Landlord with monthly statement.

• As above, + Will be first point of contact, organise any maintenance, organise emergency services out of hours (locks, broken window etc).

Gas Certificate

• Organise annual Landlords gas check, obtain certificate and keep on file.

Inventory

• Provide full photographic Inventory including detailed write up and hard copy on disc.

Electric Certificate

• Organise a property electrical check, obtain certificates and keep on file.
